All reservations will absolutely close at 11:59 am Sunday July 23rd, the cost will increase to $75 after 5:45 pm Sunday June 25th and up to $80 after 11:59 pm Sunday July 16th, so hurry and get your reservation in! After July 23rd this site will close and reservations will no longer be available. If you feel you have a special circumstance you will need to contact Dawn Marie and she might, just might be able to put you on a waiting list. It's Showtime! A Celebration of 57 Years! Celebrate our combined efforts and award excellence. This is ACT's annual event to celebrate the actors, designers, and production teams who contributed to the 2022-2023 season. Unfortunately, we know the price increase is disappointing. Every venue of this caliber has seen price increases which are passed on to us. Please know that your Aubrey committee is exploring the possibility of a different format for our future awards programs as the formal sit down dinner is now well beyond our ability to afford. Food costs are not the major issue. Switching to buffet, or breakfast, or even dessert only would offer minimal help. We need to completely revamp the programming. Our theme is SPARKLE and SHINE so play with that and come out to support your favorite shows, reunite and cheer on cast mates, hobnob with fellow theatre peers and be a part of the 57th celebration! This is a dressier event, cocktail attire, that includes a plated sit-down 3-course dinner, raffles, trophies, and other special awards to recognize theatres and their members throughout the year. Takes place at the Dana Mission Bay, 1710 West Mission Bay Drive, San Diego, CA 92109. The social hour will be from 5:30 PM to 6:30 on the patio. There is a No Host Bar for cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks. Dinner is scheduled for 6:30pm. Try your luck at our raffle to win great prizes and support our scholarship fund. When selecting your ticket choose by theater group and entree choice. Please include the full name of each person in your party. This is how we will know where to seat you. Also indicate any dietary restrictions where prompted. Ticketleap should immediately send you a confirmation email. We need to cover the cost of the food, service and gratuity and also the rental of the hall and equipment. There are also programs, awards, electronics, and other expenses to cover. Rosemary Chicken -Oven roasted chicken breast seasoned with fresh herbs with a rosemary cream sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and rolls and butter.
Salmon Picatta (lemon, garlic and capers] Served with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and rolls and butter.
Vegetarian Portobello Wellington - Portobello mushroom marinated in balsalmic vinaigrette,stuffed with onions, roasted garlic, charred red pepper and goat cheese baked in a pastry puff. Served with seasonal vegetables, and rolls and butter.
